Really love this space and the nearby neighborhoods. The management company is responsive and maintenence gets handled quickly. If your unit is on the back side of the building, prepare for some alley noise, but otherwise very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

the unit is nice, i just wish there was a laundry room on my side of the building rather than having to go all the way around to the other side to wash clothes.

Long term resident. I have been a little frustrated with the frequency of problems with the laundry services. Most machines are new now, so it does seem to be better now, but for several years more often than not there was at least one machine down, often two would be down.

Generally love living here, however the noise from sirens regularly going off is something to keep in mind. Maintenance is nice and works to fix problems in a timely manner.
