Absolutely adore my apartment. Perfect location, though there are no amenaties theres also no noise since youre really separate from neighbors in the same building

moved into my apartment in august. love the apartment and my property manager, but half of my maintenance requests remain unanswered and the time between me placing the request and when they actually come to fix it can be days or weeks.

Even though we are very new to our apartment, we have been enjoying it and are very happy with our decision. Moving from Lincoln Park to West Town while still in school was a choice that not a lot of people saw coming and one our parents weren't so fond of, but after seeing our new place and getting to explore the neighborhood it's easy to fall in love over here.

The floors are very creaky and you can basically hear everything that your neighbors are doing whilst listening to people talking outside, but I guess that's kinda expected in older apartment homes. The staff and maintenance crew are always pleasant and the location mainly makes up for it.
