I somehow unable to walk freely because the floor is creating noise as I walk that affects people on the basement

My parking experience has been frustrating but the staff has been so kind and so helpful. My spot was accidently still left on spothero and then spothero kept it on but the staff found me a place to temporarily park and they were very helpful and made sure to continue updating me on the situation.
