Not Good

I have lived here for a long while and I don't see much of a change from the first owners of the properties. The washers and dryers are hit or miss as far as use, the garbage is always piled up outside because there aren't enough garbage bins out there. As far as the pest control treatment and maintenance, they are very ill equipped, and do not stay on schedule. You literally have to be right behind them to make sure they do their job correctly. The noise factor is crazy because the neighbors are always fighting or fussing at ungodly hours of the night or morning.
