My unit is basically well-maintained. It's on a good block; my neighbors and I have regular conversation and we look out for each other, like community used to do.

I love my apartment. It's spacious and the block is pretty quiet for the most part. There are some occurrences in the surrounding area, but my block feels like a bubble.

Apartments are a nice size. This is a good block. Grounds are not well kept. If you put in a request they will get it done. The regular maintenance man is very nice.

This building needs upgrades and modernizing. It's livable for the price due to Chicago being excitement for little amenities and modern apartments. The neighborhood isn't the best and definitely have to be careful and aware of your surroundings.
