My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since May 2023 and absolutely love it. lots of green space, a nice community of neighbors, dog friendly, nice restaurants nearby, somewhat close to the L and metra stations. the building's management office is excellent. maintenance is quick and concise.

I have lived here for 3 years. Close to several parks and beaches and is about .4 miles from both the Howard and Jarvis stops on the redline. The maintenance team usually fixes issues within 24-48 hours so no complaints there! They do continue to raise rent each year so keep that in mind. Parking is not easy in the evenings, but usually spots are available nearby during the daytime hours.

I love my place. plenty of space and I get a lot of natural sunlight. Close to the lake and walking distance from public transportation.

I like my place, but it is very noisy with sirens and loud people screeming all hours; no amenities to speak of. The rents are high for the area. The maintenance staff does a good job for the most part. Sometimes snow removal and carpet and hallway cleaning are a bit long in between.
