I have really enjoyed living at 750 W briar place. The maintenance person (Baya) is extremely nice and always on top of any needs/requests. The apartment itself is nice with pretty good amenities. Unfortunately parking in the area is hit or miss, and the noise isn't great. Not only does the noise of Halsted/Belmont get through, but the noise from neighboring apartments is very audible as well. I can usually tell when my neighbor is starting a shower, watching a movie, playing games, or even just listening to music. Also dogs can be heard barking pretty frequently, i recently realized that one of the loudest dogs I hear in my apartment is all the way down the hall, not next door like i initially thought due to how loud it is. Otherwise the space is great and i really enjoy living here.
