Having a great time living here. I think the unit is great especially for the price. Only thing is I wish there were more than one washer and dryer. Other than that its great, loving it so far.

I have been living in the apartment since fall august and I had no issues up until the snowstorm. My room roof was leaking at a rate where I had to change buckets very often even in the midnight. I had called up my building engineer and he had come in the snowstorm just to tell me that i have to wait till the roofer has to fix it. They say my roofer got fixed will not leak anymore and would repaint my room but that didn't happen yet. Called up again to fix my room, but no response yet. Still waiting on it and I hope they had really fix my roof this time.
