Hire professionals

Its a decent building but a lot of things need fixing. I absolutely hate the laundry facility and I feel that every unit in each building should have at least a washer and dryer in the unused basement instead of us having to go outside of the building past another building to get to the laundry facility, which cost too much already

Just ok

I lived here for a year, and overall, my experience was quite frustrating. The management is far from ideal; I frequently had to call the city to get any issues addressed. The heating was inadequate throughout the year, and there’s a hole in the hallway ceiling where they painted over mold rather than addressing the root cause. If you need anything repaired or fixed, be prepared to handle it yourself because the management doesn't offer much support. The walls are very thin, so you'll constantly hear your neighbors. It’s a decent place, but be ready for these challenges if you decide to move in.
