I'd recommend this property because of its location and neighborhood. Parking is a problem but it's problem everywhere so if you don't mind that it's a great option.

I've been living here for 7 years and I love this street and building. It only has street parking which is sometimes a problem but you can find a good spot if you get a zone permit.

I love this unit, I love the bedroom space, and the huge windows for it being a basement unit. I also love that it offers an in unit w/d and central air however there seems to be some things that were either taken care of poorly in the past or just not kept up with at all.
