Backyard and front yard is destroyed (no grass, un kept, trash, ext). Talked with property management and they are aware and looking into this (hopefully). Hope it gets the proper maintenance. Building is great. Updated appliances and Sergio is always available to help of anything needs fixing.

Some tenants like to party and invite a bumch of people and blast their music. It can be heard through my roof.

Nice location in a safe neighborhood, but overall overpriced for the lack of amenities and property management response time. Sergio, the building handy-man, is wonderful and always willing to help with any and all issues with the unit or surrounding property area. Great, friendly neighbors, but so overpriced compared to other nearby properties.
