The apartment building needs to have a better system for packages. I moved in July, and I have already had 4 different items that I delivered to the apartment that said they delivered and have disappeared. I have never had issues with package delivery before moving into this apartment. There has to be a better system in place to ensure that delivery drivers have access to the building and that my packages are safe inside. I will not be ordering packages to the apartment until this gets resolved.

Lived here roughly 10 ten years. Great location and staff. Parking is not good. Petar is the best. He is on top of things is friendly and has a great attitude. The worst thing is the heat in the Winter. It was not uncommon for the temperature to sink to 65 degrees during the day, in my apartment (corner apartment). It was warmer at night. The building is well maintained. Other residents are great.

I think that we are located in a great location. The rent is fair value with great and clean facilities. The staff is excellent and issues are always tended to.

I have been here for 7 months and so far my experience has been great. The building is regularly serviced and the staff have been very helpful. The apartment itself is comfortable and everything is included so its good value compared to other locations
