I've loved living here the past year and have just resigned for another year. This is my first place in Chicago, and they have been such an amazing company to work with. All requests have been handled so quickly!

Love the location and the Apartment, only complaint is noisy door on Cafe downstairs.

Staff and matinence are generally great and the location is great- but theres a few concerns about the building being up to code and how often common areas get cleaned. Rent is fairly priced and they dont price gauge. You cant go wrong with being in the center of everything with cta walkable and grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants within walking distance- but the noise and lack of parking could be a bit better
