Meh management but great location

Pros: right near lake front, large spacious apartments, can’t hear neighbors, great location for public transit, maitenence workers are pretty good, washers in basement that are usually open Cons: Near a busy and loud intersection, neighborhood/grounds has trash, common areas not well maintained, poor communication from office and property management, very little street parking in neighborhood

I've lived here only for a few months, but I love the location and neighborhood. So far, the apartment is lovely but it's a bit early to gauge maintenance and similar things.

Edgewater Beach

Have lived here for 8 months. Love the apartment itself, and have had good experiences with maintenance staff. But rental property management hasn't been communicative. Buzzer was broken for weeks. Haven't received emails notifying us of important things that they said were sent out.

Beautiful apartment!

This apartment is very well cared for, maintenance and management are always quick to address any concerns. The only real complaint is that street parking is very competitive and rental spaces are expensive with long wait lists. Great space close to the redline if you don’t drive! Building manager is easy to work with and gets the job done!

Great apartment, great location, little overpriced.

I’ve loved living here the past three years. My only wish would be for one additional amenity for the cost of rent. Other places around the same price range include either an in unit washer/dryer or a free parking space.
