When somethings needs attention, it is put into the project list and gets done. Not a lot of waiting around, it just gets done. The building overall, though old, is kept up well, and it is well-lit and safe, too. Our Super, Dan, is always on it and is a friendly and professional person to rely on. Supera is super.

Lived in this building for the last four years, really love its location and proximity to the lake. The property management company, Peak, can be difficult to deal with at times, but the folks who maintain the building are really on top of it.

This old building is well maintained and on a regular basis. If something is broken or almost broken, the superintendent is on top of it. The laundry room got a mini-makeover, the brick work, the front entrance, the stairs with new carpet and a bunch of other small things that make a difference. I also got a storage unit this year and it really helps! There's also a spot for bikes. Highly recommend this building and property management company!
