I've lived here for about 4 months. It's a great place overall and I've definitely enjoyed living here. I do have some complaints about the maintenance requests. It took over three months for some of my maintenance requests to be fulfilled. While they were mostly not urgent, three months is still far too long. However, the individuals fulfilling the requests were wonderful to interact with. Other than that, facilities are as advertised and I'm quite satisfied.

I have only lived her for a few months and love the space. the building manager does not get back to my emails and I am still struggling to get the doorbell and opening of the door working

I moved to Chicago in 2006 (for a job), and I have been here since. Great location - not only it is convenient but it is relatively quiet because it does not face to main street - , sunny and beautiful, old vintage charm. Only thing is the building used to be occupied only professionals and graduate students. Now the company started to take under grad -- no offense, but we need a building for grown-ups who can enjoy our quiet life style.

Affordable, with gas and laundry tacked on for $25. Excellent location, with lots of light. Sometimes a bit of noise, but it is mainly the sound of children playing in the adjoining parks. A steal.
