Vintage large size apartments but overpriced. The laundry is located in the basement and there are only 3 dryers and 3 washers for the entire complex. They use the superintendent for most maintenance in order to cut costs on using contractors, which i understand but the superintendent cant fix everything. I wish there was a gate separating the complex from the sidewalk for added security. No mail room - packages just left outside.

We have lived her just over a month! It's been so great, Petar is extremely responsive and helpful to answering questions. This place is super clean and put together. There is a great outdoor space with chairs/tables to eat at. I have never had an issue with laundry and it cleans/dries my clothes great. As far as the 2 bed apartment extremely spacious and this is a dog friendly building. Great price for a great 2 bed.

My partner and I have had a great experience here. The location is perfect for where we want to live, the superintendent is excellent, and by keeping things simple yet clean they manage to keep rent affordable for people like us who don't want to spend any more money on rent than we need to.
