Perfect for Student Living

I've lived here since August 2023. I absolutely love it. The location could not be better for a DePaul student. So close to the CTA stations and buses. Facilities are clean and simple. Entry is straightforward and safe. Been nothing but a pleasant experience so far!

Worth the price

My wife has been living here for around 7 years then when i came back to chicago we moved into a 2 bed in the same building. Weve stuck around for a reason. No bother from anyone, very nice neighborhood, friendly people, street is wide, parking is decent, walkable places. Whats not to like!

Unbeatable Property

I feel so lucky that I have a spot at this property. I have nothing but good things to say. The building is quiet, the location is amazing. I have never had any maintenance issues in my 10 months living here. My mail has been delivered and kept safe. The washing and dryers have always worked. Decent price compared to others. The building/property manager does an amazing job!
