For the most part living here is a nice time, neighbors are friendly. Never had any issues with stolen mail. Maintenance is hard to reach, and a grouch.

The walls and ceilings are paper thin. The laundry machines are usually leaking. Maintenance requests can be a pain sometimes. Raising rent without adding any value seems a bit bonkers, especially with how much is charged for the laundry room. Almost no communication happens when work is being done in and around the building.

Well only problems I have is when I asked someone to look at my furnace, noone showed up so my friend helped me. The upstairs neighbor clomps all over above me between midnight and 3 am almost every night and since they got a dog it runs around and jumps off furniture in middle of the night as well.

I have been living here since December 2021. I have no issues with the leasing company and the building is close to my daughters school. I get along with the majority of the tenants in the building.

This is a pretty nice apartment but maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, especially in laundry rooms. Structural issues means you can every single footstep and noise your neighbors make.
