Maintenance non existant

I have lived here two years and the neighbor hood is fantastic. Walking distance to Andersonville, Ravenswood and Lincoln Square make this a great location. However, the property is really overpriced. I have placed maintenance request after maintenance request, everything is ignored. My wood floors are sagging and breaking and need replacemnet. Cabinet and closet doors are broken needing fixing, windows do not open. Key to front and back doors do not work. My maintentenance requests are always ignored.
