530 west arlington is a great location with great services. They just redid the lobby. Aner is the bldg engineer and he is awesome!

I have lived in my apartment for over 30 years. 530 West Arlington Place is the best apt building ever. Best location, best value, best amenities. But the best thing about living at 530 West Arlington Place is the building engineer, Aner. Aner is very good at his job and really cares about his tennants. I am grateful for his hard work and for all he does for us at 530 West Arlington Place! I highly recommend the property and the company.

The building is wonderful, super quiet, cannot hear neighbors at all. The building super is a great guy and always available. The units are renovated and such a good deal for the price.
