Raising rent was disappointing, maintenance is timely and helpful. Space is nice. Noise is sometimes an issue, but mostly a nice space.

I think the building and quality of the units are generally great, and the maintenance staff are very responsive. I like my apartment and love the area. Only issues are parking and the cost of rent. I could technically afford a mortgage for my rental price and enjoy a few more perks, but given the market, I'm renting now. Nonetheless, I like the apartment and company.
