Jefferson Park Located within the city limits of Chicago on the Northwest side, Jefferson Park also borders the suburbs, thereby providing its residents with the best of both worlds. Home to the Northwest Chicago Historical Society and even “Little Rotterdam,” a small collection of Dutch colonial-style homes, this community area is very culturally diverse. Now a predominantly residential area, Jefferson Park is actually also one of Chicago’s transportation hubs thanks to several CTA Blue Line stops, the Union Pacific / Northwest Line, and the Kennedy Expressway. Local buses can also be utilized easily. Called home by the largest number of city and county workers of all Chicago community areas, Jefferson Park is a great place to live. Boasting several parks, well-established entertainment venues, and home-style cooking, this neighborhood can quickly become your home and even continue to grow on you with time. Things to Do Recreation: Chicago River – North Branch, Edgebrook Golf Course, Habetler Bowl, parks (Jefferson, Roberts Square, Austin-Foster, & Gladstone), and woods (Ted Lechowicz, Indian, & Forest Glen) Culture: Copernicus Center, The Gift Theatre, Ed Paschke Art Center, & Chicago Public Library – Jefferson Park Branch Festivals: Jeff Fest (June) & Taste of Polonia (Labor Day Weekend) Shopping: Jefferson Park Sunday Market, Mariano’s, American Science & Surplus (hardware), & Gaelic Imports (Irish goods) For Foodies: Earl’s BBQ (drive-thru), Gale Street Inn Chicago (rib joint), Big Top (diner), Chicago Sweet Connection (bakery & Greek treats), Andy’s Deli (long-standing butcher shop), Café Marbella Tapas, Harrington’s Catering & Deli (Irish), Mom’s Old Recipe (Mexican), and SMAK-TAK! Good for the price

For the price it isnt a bad apartment building. If it was more expensive it would be sub par.
