Moving into this apartment the building had some things unfinished. They did promptly get those things done though. Parking is great because I have a parking spot and there is plenty of street parking but pass 7 pm you will not be able to find a spot. The flooring in this building would have to be my biggest complaint. You hear EVERYTHING down to the shower coming on and the toilet flushing. I hear people floors above me its that bad. Other than that the apartment is beautiful and I plan to stay for a long time. It is also really easy to contact building management.
