Winchester Courts

After being told my apartment was move in ready, I had major issues that should have prevented me from living in my unit. Maintenance being onsite is an added bonus. However, the management team dedicated to my building did not reach out once to express concern for my well being or express their apologies. People in the building seem friendly, the common areas are kept clean. Unfortunately, I do not plan on renewing my lease.

Love this building

We moved in several years ago and haven't left for a reason! we love our apartment, and any time something needs to be fixed, Leo and John do a tremendous job and are always willing to help. We've had some issues with different appliances in our place and they've always made sure to correct things and get them fixed in a timely fashion.
