overall, this is a good apartment with tons of potential. definitely some overdue maintenance needed in most rooms. The previous tenants clearly did not submit work orders for anything. good news is that maintenance are typically quick to respond and address issues just not proactive on fixing things.

Love living here, amenities are updated, shared/common areas like laundry room are maintained well. Building manager cares about the property a LOT, and it shows. Appreciate Leo so much! Main issue is workmanship could be less rushed; grout in my bathtub tile is peeling back after less than a year, only to reveal previous shoddy grout work underneath (now with what could be black guck). My bathtub also seems to have been painted over…?

I have lived here for over 14 years. The location is excellent being near both an L stop and a Metra stop. The neighborhood is terrific and the value of the apartment is excellent which is why I have been here so long.
