maintenance requests take a long time to complete. maintenance was also needed after our lease started before we moved in. all stuff that should have been taken care of beforehand. other than that, everything is good enough. the garbage area could be a little better taken care of.

The building is one of the only elevator buildings in Ravenswood and is conveniently located by the Metra, the Brown Line, the Damen bus, the Clark Street bus and the Montrose bus. The neighborhood is fantastic. The new security system is great and the new mail room is great. Parking is stellar. Maintenance is responsive. Rent is VERY expensive though.

We have lived here for 8 years and overall love it. Our unit is great and there is little noise. Great location. Property management ebs and flows. We have been quite frustrated and disappointed how things have been handled in a less than timely manner but that has not always been the case. Overall we have had a pleasant experience

We stay because of the location. Until recently the upkeep of the building has been poor. It seems to come in waves because the upkeep was strong the first couple years and then quite bad for 4. Recently a few of the things the residents have been asking for have been addressed like a more secure way of entering the building and last year they repainted the rooftop. We love the neighborhood so we have stayed. We are happy to see some of these issues addressed and look forward to more being complete.

Overall happy with building, maintenance is GREAT, fast and friendly. Cleaning crew is also amazing. I only wish the gym was better, it is small, would love a squat rack instead of one of the many cardio machines, 25lb weight is also missing. Rooftop has a great view but could use greenery in summer and regular cleaning of patio furniture

We were the first residents in the building. While we love the location and our unit we have had such a difficult time with property managers not responding to our concerns. The building has been neglected over the last few years. We adore the rooftop yet it is not taken care of. There are nails sticking up, weeds all over, bird feces everywhere, broken furniture, and the paint is worn out. It is honestly sad to see such a special place run into the ground as this has. We have been tenants that pay on time and never cause any issues yet we are hit with dead ends anytime we have concerns. We would keep living here for years to come although the experience we have had over the last few years might force us to need to make other decisions in the future. Thank you for your time and we hope to see some love and respect injected to this property and its tenants.
