Common areas cleaned rarely, smell weird, funky old carpet. Doors to building consistently broken. Back courtyard has major overgrowth of weeds. Electrical wiring in building is old and dangerous. Water pressure is low. Despite all this rent keeps increasing.

I have lived at this property for 20+ years and for good reason. The management, the people, and the accommodations have been great!

A building in modest disrepair, for which repeated requests for maintenance are necessary. Noise is an exceptional problem, with creaking floors and thin walls. In a nice area, with a pleasant backyard space.

The building is so beautiful and the unit is huge. I love all the old Chicago character. A lot has been updated but that which hasn't (tile in shower falling apart, bathtub has no water pressure so literally comes out in a trickle, washing machine barely works) is showing it. The perks like location, size, and friendly staff make it easier to deal with the pain points.

There are a handful of items that I will be contacting our property manager about but they're overall fairly minor. The process was fantastic and the move was super smooth. We can't wait to stay for years to come!
