We have lived in this building and neighborhood for many years. Public transportation is easily accessible. We have great neighbors in the building. We also have great surrounding and nearby businesses. It has been a great expirience livig here.

A lovely, well-maintained building with responsive on-site property manager and skilled maintenance/repair people when needed. Peak Properties really isn't much to write home about, and it's next to impossible to speak with someone who works at their main office, but their on-site or in-person staff members are really great. Easy process for submitting maintenance requests. Snow shoveling in the colder months is ON POINT; sidewalks are cleared and salted within hours. Laundry is on the expensive side, $1.75 per wash/dry, which is honestly pretty annoying. But the machines are well-maintained and clean. Definitely on the loud side due to the proximity to such a busy intersection- lots of noise from traffic, sirens, horns honking, speeding, etc. Generally a lovely place to live with lovely people.
