Our apartment is nice and spacious and cozy, but there is definitely a painted over mold problem giving us mold poisoning symptoms (they will make you sign a mold addendum so there’s nothing you can do about it.) laundry is expensive and dryers only work sometimes. Otherwise great location and quiet street.

I've lived here for 2.5 years, Tom the maintenance man is extremely reliable and responsive and makes living here a breeze. I can't speak of him highly enough. I love living in this neighborhood and I love the old-school building with modern appliances.
