Great place to live!

Been here for a little over a year and love it. Highlight is definitely Tom our maintenance worker who is so kind and responsive!

Good apartment for the location

Let me start off by saying that I like this apartment and I am renewing my lease. Also, Tom, the building engineer, is great and always helpful. That being said, there is no parking except for about 6-7 spaces that you can go on a waitlist for but it seems the waitlist is neverending. I do not have in-unit laundry and the shared laundry is very expensive, $3.50 for one full load! The walls are very thin and should you live around a band as I do, you will be able to tell what song they are playing. Other than those few complaints, it's a great place to live with easy access to almost anything you could want to do. Plus the property offers a discount on the memberships at the gym up the street, which is nice.

Great place to live

I loved living at 3166 N Hudson. I had great neighbors; the apartment was spacious and beautiful; the utilities were affordable; the grounds were managed well; and the manager fixed any issues with the apartment the next day! Such great service. Wonderful location, next to six bus lines and close to the lake.

Laundry is too expensive!

Tom and the Location make up for all the problems

This unit is great but all our door handles are falling off; Our fridge is breaking into pieces; Numerous leaks from above tenant with obvious internal mildew or mold; the plaster walls were not well taken care of and are falling off the frame in multiple locations; Lastly the application and monthly fees are absurd considering what they are paying for. I cannot reiterate enough how we ONLY live here because of where it is and THAT IS IT. Also Tom the building manager is awesome and adds to a reason why we are still here. Try to take care of your units and invest in them before its too late. This unit is falling apart.
