My review of this location is that aesthetically and modern appliances to updated units makes it a place to live comfortably while saving but not a permanent option down the road. There are a number of concerns that come with all aging buildings and some serious safety concerns.

I love living so close to beautiful horner park. I have aall the amenities I need and a big living space!

My apartment is renovated, many of the others in my building are not. The building itself is not very well maintained at all, but the inside of my unit is nice. Managment is pretty responsive and helpful, though you may have to go through one or two iterations to actually have your issue solved. Overall, my unit is a bit overpriced given the location, condition of the building, and size of the unit.
