Janky but decent

I have been in my apartment for 3 year and I like the size of the apartment but there are so many problems. The cleaning of the building has really declined this year. I have ingoing maintenance issues and the way utilities is charged is suspiscious. Its hard to get in toicj with the staff.

Maintenance

I put in a maintenance request for my sink that was completely clogged, the next business day I got a call saying everything was good to go. When I got home Francisco had fixed the sink and cleaned up the mess that had been there from the other attempts at fixing it Francisco, you’re the best!! That was really cool, thank you so much!

Always something

Something is always off with the apartment. I already knew it was not a good looking apartment. There was paint everywhere when I moved in. I spent a good amount of time scraping paint droplets of the counter, the floor, electrical sockets and even the toilet. The windows are janky, the floor is crooked. It's difficult to control the water temperature in the shower. The security cameras don't work. The laundry room is difficult to use. I have no control of the heat in my apartment it got up to 85 on a 55 degree day. I do like the location but there are a lot of apartments in the area I might have to look into.
