Southport review

Really great location, but unit does not have a/c. Can be noisy at night. Management did not give correct set of keys upon move-in. Fire extinguishers are out of date in hallways (not legal) and none provided in-unit. Unit/building security is great though.

Great Unit.. hidden costs

I love this apartment and the location. I wish there was parking. the kitchen needs a vent hood and the baseboard heaters are incredibly expensive to use. The cost to run the heaters alone will make me move likely

Great location

Old apartment building in good condition with updated appliances. Had multiple maintenance issues which took a while to become resolved/some never were resolved, had to call to follow up more than once.
