I’m really enjoying this apartment in Chicago! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to local cafes, shops, and public transport, making it super convenient to get around the city. The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of amazing features. Each bedroom has enough space to feel comfortable, and the open layout in the living and dining areas makes it perfect for both relaxation and hosting. Plus, the neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, offering the best of city living. Overall, it’s an amazing place to call home!

Love the location in lakeview and pay a great rate! Only problem i have is the hardwood floors are so old and loud you can hear everything thats going on above you. That is seeiously the only thing that i think needs to be fixed to turn this place to a 10/10. But because of the hardwood floors id give it a 6.3/10

I've lived here for 5 months now and I like it. We get TONS of sunlight which I really appreciate. The apartment is kinda old and the floor creeks A LOT. Usually the handyman comes over quick after we submit a complaint but they don't do the best work ':) I think the price is right and I LOVE the area so the little things don't bother me that much.

This apartment is not bad and is a reasonable price for the location, however, the staff does not really care or respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. If it's anything more than just changing a light bulb or filter then there is no chance that work is getting done. The windows are also very old and slightly broken so it is very loud and drafty.
