Its an apartment. Nothing special. Cheap appliances and poor structure.

First off, I would recommend this place. Pros: - If you want to see anything at the United Center, its literally in view, so walking to the event is a fun idea. - The location being super close to downtown is also great for going out and finding stuff to do. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance, but the West Loop is not cheap to eat out (Su Taqueria El Rey Del Taco around the corner makes a bomb-*** burrito). - The interior is super spacious with really high ceilings which is great for storage. - The closet and jacuzzi tub are great perks. - The maintenance guys have been super helpful and responsive. - I'll say it again, because of the high ceilings, there is a DECEPTIVE amount of space, its really great. Cons: - Being so close to city center is fun, but there isn't much sense of community here. - The United Center is right nearby, so if your bedtime is 10-11, that is when events get let out and you won't fall asleep for a while. - During events, parking is at a premium, but its not impossible to find something nearby, just need to get a permit from the Alderman. - I would say the price is fine, but rent has become outrageously expensive in the past 10 years and I'll never say that it's a good value. Greedy private equity companies that own these management companies can eat ****. Not a bad apartment, overall. The management company seems to be pretty helpful and responsive to stuff.

Been here for one year now, the only drawback is the noise from the train and difficulty in getting new people to live with. Maintenance Requests are completed promptly.
