I've lived in the same Peak unit for 3 years and throughout that time I've had a very average experience. It would be a great experience if I never had to interact with any of the staff or attempt to get maintenance/service performed. The unit itself is great in terms of amenities and location, but if something goes wrong good luck. Even dealing with the agent who was showing my unit after I'd decided not to resign the lease this year was frustrating and inconvenient.

It's been good living here for the past 2 years, but definitely had some challenges with getting maintenance to help us fix a few things in our apartment. Was also a little disappointed that we weren't treated very kindly when asked for some flexibility with regard to the timing of which we could move out. Next door neighbors can be a little loud, but generally pretty nice. Not having a vent in the kitchen was really hard - triggered the smoke alarm a few times even though nothing was burning. A lot of walls were already creaked and floor was creaking too, and rooms were at different temperatures as well, that's why I have a lower rating for amenities, maintenance, and staff. But at least location is great, and value for a 4 bed 4 bath is decent.
