I love the location of the apartment, but I do feel like for the lack of management and maintenance support, we are paying too much. I think we are paying at least $400 more per month than our neighbors. I know thay because on our first payment on the unit, they charged us what they would typically charge for this unit and it was much less. We were having issues with our air conditioning unit, and requested assistance. The maintenance person promised they would come and never did.
