We really enjoy living here. Great location and spacious. The staff is amazing, especially Julian and Eddie.

I would definitely recommend living here. The building staff are very attentive and helpful. Any maintenance requests I have had were completed promptly. The other residents are all very nice and friendly. I haven't had any issues with missing packages or mail. Overall, it's been a great experience so far!

We adore our apartment especially for the size, the style, and the view. The noise level is high because we are facing Lake Shore Drive but that isn't the building's fault. There aren't really any amenities other than an elevator (love it) and a very well maintained laundry room. The staff are responsive. The price, however, is exorbitant but we continue to pay it because we love the space.

I moved in this year and love living here. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the location is beyond incredible, and I love my apartment space.

The size of the apartments is much bigger than you'd expect for the price you pay. The walls and ceilings are thick, so you never hear your neighbors, but the building is right next to LSD and constantly undergoing maintenance, which are worse noise-wise. The building staff are all excellent, friendly, and helpful.
