Have had an experience that fluctuates up and down between a good and frustrating time. From the water being shut off multiple times the last few months with no warning, to the porch area flooded with water and the washing machines stopping they cycle every other time forcing me to pay two loads for a single cycle. Management is nowhere to be found whether thats calling, texting or going through their preferred app. The lack of insulation in the entire apartment so no matter how high the heat is cranked to the drafts outside come in and make the place freezing. The installation of the floors which are uneven vinyl that has begun to crack from weather changes and standard use and things around the house that look like they were rushed in the hopes no one would see it. The house while having many frustrating problems is in a nice location and has the potential to be ever better with the right maintenance and oversight.
