Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

The complex is quiet and in a great location. I feel very safe, and the units are spacious. There are numerous issues within the unit, and the radiators do not always turn on. However, I’m mostly happy with the apartment.

Management is completely absent and communicating with them is impossible. I have an incredibly noisy upstairs neighbor. the gym is missing all the free weights even though management said they were "updating it" when I toured the apartment. the maintenance guy is great tho.
