Great Place to Live!

Amazing building with beautiful amenities. Great staff and management who is always willing to help. The building doesn't have too many units, so noise is never an issue. Location is the best in the city, close to the lake and central to Lakeview East!

Great place to live

I have really enjoyed living here! The noise is extremely minimal. I cant hear any neighbors or upstairs neighbors. The people that work here are kind and have been great. I would recommend it to anyone!

Can't Imagine Leaving

I've lived at 2950 for just about 3 months now, and I'm over the moon with it so far. Staff have been fantastic to work with and genuinely friendly, and maintenance is so quick that I often barely realize that we have an issue. Thank you!
