We love our apartment but lately the building has been very short with communication and maintenance.

I put in a maitenance order for an outside light twice, the second time it took mayhe a month and a half to fix

I personally like this neighborhood. The ethnicity is fabulous. You have a variety of gourmet food restaurants, fast foods. Transportation is right across the street CTA down the block you have the train station. Shopping centers are close schools are close.

I have currently been at the residence for under a year - it will be my first year living at the location. Overall, I love the apartment, it is spacious! At times, it would great to have someone clean up the lobby (get rid of trash and old mail) and back of apartment building. The mailboxes need to be updated to accommodate all mail received. When there is a lot of mail, the carrier leaves all the mailboxes open, anyone could take your mail. There is a black mailbox, which looks newer for one apartment, all of the apartments in the building should have the newer, more spacious mail box. I believe that having a presentable look helps to get more renters and keep the ones you have renting. The maintenance team is very nice and quick to reply to requests!
