Review

This property is very large and spacious, we are happy with our choice. The kitchen is great and stores all of our stuff with no problem. The in-unit laundry works great and the parking on our street is easy. Our only complaint is that maintenance does not reply and does not show up for days-weeks. We had a leak in our ceiling, and faucets did not work, the pantry door had fallen off, the closet rod broke off, and more. The times that maintenance has come they said they didn't have the supplies and "will come back" or that "someone else will come" and nothing gets fixed for another few days-weeks. The walls and floors are thin, and the noise of the stairwell and neighbors above are very loud. Overall we are still getting situated and are hopeful everything will fall into place.
