My neighbors above me are quite loud. I've talked to them in regards of noise but it has not gotten better.

My experience has been fine, the location is great and maintenance comes on short notice. However, the appliances are very old although they claim to be modern (our oven doesn't even have a clock on it). Our AC unit makes a loud buzz every 60-90 seconds when the outside temp is above 80.

I am very happy with the location of the building. My only complaint is that it feels like there wasn't really any maintenance done when we moved in and they kind of just expect us to put in maintenance requests.

Lived here for a couple months so far but love the location, the maintenance requests are always so timely and Sergio is the best! We love the neighborhood and our apartment is perfect for us!

1. It was not explained upon viewing or applying that there were only 2 parking spots available for the apartment. 2. Maintenance looked at a water damage issue that my unit had- said they’d come back and do something about it...never happened. 3. Loud neighbors (which isn’t the company’s fault) Pros: amazing location, wonderful washer and dryer, and great value for what you get!
