It has been over four months since I moved in, and I have yet to see any maintenance work carried out in the building. The entrance resembles that of an abandoned property — tiles on the floor are broken, and there is often an unpleasant odor in the area. Additionally, the lighting on my apartment floor is not functioning properly and needs immediate attention. Overall, it appears that there is no regular or planned maintenance being done in the building. I hope this can be addressed soon for the safety and comfort of all residents.

I have really enjoyed living in this building. The unit is more of a convertable studio and its nice to have the separation between living and sleeping. The kitchen is small but has good storage and a dishwasher, which was a huge plus for me. The only downsides are difficult parking when people visit, construction noise during the day from the lot behind the building, and old washer/dryers. Peak is quick to respond to maintenance requsts, and although the building is old things work pretty well.
