Good location, old building with old & outdated appliances
The neighborhood is great, but the building is very old and the appliances are too. Maintenance has had to come numerous times to fix various issues, including the stove, oven, floorboard heaters, shower handle, windows not closing fully, etc.

I really enjoy living in my building. Peak properties recently took over and they have fixed my maintenance requests in a timely manner
