This property routinely has issues, and the property management group is equally as unresponsive to these issues. From the beginning of this lease we have run into issues ranging from lack of hot water, inconsistent water pressure, leaks in the ceiling, cracks in the floor, overflowing showers, AC outage for multiple days, warping in door frames, noise from construction that was supposed to be completed before or soon after move in, etc. Every time we had reached out in the past, it was not only a struggle getting in contact with someone, but actually getting things fixed in a timely manner. This is not an organization that seems to care about residents.
