Everything about the apartment is great and the staff are so incredibly helpful. Some building features need help, specifically the gate for parking. It is so old that every time you push it, people from three houses down can hear it. The only other issue is shoveling. When it was really bad no one came to shovel the entrances for a while or the parking, causing the push gate to get stuck and I had to park on the side street. Again, the staff themselves are some of the friendliest I’ve met and help when they can.

The apartment has a great location with easy access to public transport. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive. However, noise from neighbors can sometimes be an issue. Overall, a decent place to live
