I recently moved to this building and I only have great things to say about this. Located next to Lincoln Park, grocery stores, pharmacies, food and more are within walking distance. While it is in a busy street, my apartment is so quiet. Staff is great too! Super responsive and willing to help. Amenities are great.

I've lived here for a year and just resigned my lease. I love that we have a parking garage so I never have to worry about parking, and that it has SpotHero so my guests have a convenient place to park. The rooftop is gorgeous, has a great view, is never crowded, and is great for entertaining. Our apartment is up to date, has great air flow, is spacious, and great for having guests over. I LOVE how big the balcony is and that I can access it from the primary bedroom. The walk-in closet in the primary bedroom is also ridiculously huge. The apartment is in a great location close to restaurants, bars, Trader Joes, coffee shops, Walgreens, the bus stop, the L, etc.

I have lived here for almost three years. It was a great transition apartment to living in a more updated building with decent amenities. I will be moving once my lease is up as I'm looking for an option with more space, but did enjoy my time here. The rooftop and location really sell it.

We have lived here since September 2022. We love our unit. It's spacious and has a good layout allowing us to make the most use of our space. The staff in the building is truly incredible - kind, responsive, friendly, and professional. We have never had a maintenance request go even a full 24 hours before being addressed (and fixed). Logan is also the best building manager either of us have had. She gets everything done very quickly and communicates all updates with the building efficiently. We are on the lake facing side and hear very little noise. We have never had noise from another unit bother us. The building itself is clean and safe. Our only real "wishes" for the building would be a better gym space, as it is small and very hard to fit more than a few people in there with the machines, and that the rooftop was open until December or January, rather than November. Otherwise, we have really loved living here!
