One of the washing machines leaves clothing soaked, the snow removal takes forever and I've struggled to get in and out of my apartment. They could at least leave a shovel if they're not going to clear it. The space heater works in one room, but the floor heater boards don't work unless at the highest setting then its super hot. My sink was not working due to the faucet, but they left a space heater for the bathroom and it didn't help the sink but made my electric bill quadruple, I asked for a rent credit and no one has responded, I asked for a solution to the bathroom sink not working and no one has responded. The only one I can seem to reach is the person that is dealing with charging extra for renters insurance despite the fact that I have sent proof of renters insurance to their exact specifications. Now when I go onto the site to pay rent, I keep getting asked to review every time I click on anything, so here it is. Going on Yelp too, hope someone can respond about the sink and rent credit.
