Location and noise level is great but staff can be frustrating when trying to get maintenance requests fulfilled and they raised rent despite barely cleaning the building and doing no landscaping. Aren’t really any amenities other than parks nearby

I have lived in in this apartment for 7 months and it is great. The neighborhood is amazing, the parking is great and I would argue the value can't be beat.
