Great neighborhood

I have been living here for over 16 months. I love living here. I love having everything within a few blocks. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, parks, river walk, dentists, etc... Parking on the street is free so it's very easy to have friends over. The apartment building has steam shower and jet tub. It's a great place to live.

Broken promises

Rented at their School St bulidings in Roscoe Village. On the surface apartment is very attractive. After move in discovered broken windows that didn’t open, leaking sliding glass doors in living room, rotted rooftop deck and indifferent management. Unknown balance due on move out sent to collection agency without contacting me for payment. Will NEVER rent from them again!!!!

A shout out for Rolondo!

I had to take a moment out before my guests arrived. Both my refrigerator AND garbage disposal were not working on Wed. I requested service- people coming on Sat. for Holiday drinks and dinner. Rolando was here Wed. afternoon. Fixed the fridge and changed out the disposal. He was here until the evening. Can't tell you how that helped restore my Christmas spirit.

Didn't want too much time to pass before i wrote this review for Rolando. He recently fixed a problem i was having with my clothes dryer. he is upbeat and courteous, and is a "fix-it wonder." He'll take the time to show me the problem, which i appreciate. He cleans up any mess he makes, and makes sure I'm happy with my service.
